Rose + Brogan: colourful fiesta wedding

1

“We live in a little seaside town and in the summer months, spend a lot of time at the beach, bobbing around on inflatables – sadly the proposal did not happen on an inflatable flamingo, but a gorgeous surprise picnic on the beach was just as nice!

We chose a Mexican theme, because it encapsulates so much of what we love, bright colours, skulls, cacti, flowers, papel picado and tacos! A lot of decorations were things from our home. We tried to make our wedding a little different, we wanted people to know they were at our wedding. Just a big colourful celebration with our family and friends, with a few different ideas – like getting tattoos at the ceremony!”

Rose and Brogan celebrated their love for each other with a quirky and colourful wedding. The couple shared the day with close family and friends, avoiding traditions in order to fully represent their unique and fun loving relationship. Scroll down to see how the Mexican fiesta inspired day came together, with photography by Fred and Hannah.
