Engagement Party Goals

2

Sean + Ella have been together since they were fifteen, and they planned an engagement party that was one heck of a celebration! Think a two piece bridal set, a mouth-watering naked cake, a custom neon sign, pizza (yes!) and the prettiest flower crown you’ll ever see.

Held at the trendy Room For A Pony in Tasmania, Sean and Ella gathered their closest family and friends for a party which had no detail unaccounted for. Bringing together a dream team of vendors (including one of our favorites, Made With Love Bridal, for her skirt!), the day was a visual feast and will be an incredible inspiration to our brides!

We asked Ella about her wedding and marriage, and absolutely loved her responses!

How do you think marriage will change your relationship?
We
have been together since we were 15 so we feel in some ways we are already like an old married couple. We have grown up together, we know each other so well! Having said that getting married is a really exciting event that signifies the start of a whole new chapter in our lives, and a chance to celebrate the start of the rest of our lives together, with the people who we love most.

What do you most look forward to about your wedding?
We
are most looking forward to sharing a beautiful day and night with those who are most important to us; we love bringing people together. We are really excited to enjoy a relaxed festival atmosphere, eat lots of yummy food, drink and dance together, and see everyone having a great time.

What are the most important things that will create a long lasting and loving marriage?
Trust,
respect, always allowing time for us.

What’s the best relationship advice anyone has given you?
Look after each other and do what makes you happy.

If they look familiar, it’s because they were recently featured on our blog as the winners of The Brides Market’s ‘Real Couple Search’! Head here to see it :) It could also be because they the House Rules Finalists Season 5!
