We have been huge fans of Zoe Morley’s work for a long time now - she’s one talented ‘tog - but this wedding she shot a little while back is one that captured our hearts and we’re so pumped to be able to share it with you guys. Riddled with more inspiration than you can polka stick at (see what we did there?) Charlotte and Mark’s Woollwich wedding is as timeless as it is totally right-now cool (special props to Char’s outfit, the instant classic that is Carla Zampatti’s polka dotted ‘Modern Love’ dress).
Together for 5 years, Mark had to be stealthy in his approach to his proposal to cluey Charlotte. Hiding her ring in a tennis bag in the car for a few weeks seemed like the best idea, until the perfect moment on an evening stroll took them both by surprise. Cruising the shores of the harbour in Balmain, Mark heard violins playing somewhere in the distance and dropped to his knee then and there! The answer from a shaking Charlotte was, of course, yes.
Professional Events Manager Charlotte did lots of the styling herself for their champagne breakfast wedding, and the relaxed vibe of the venue flowed throughout their entire day and has been captured so perfectly here by the one and only Zoe Morley.
Let’s face it - with smiles like these two have, they could be wearing sacks in the rain and still be the most in-love couple ever. Hope you love this one as much as we do.
