  • What is your advice for a healthy, long lasting relationship? Have constant communication, keep your expectations in check, practice gratitude, and don't take them for granted.
Don't ever let yourself think that the grass is greener on the other side; its greener where you water it. XOXO
  • What do you love most about what you do? I love it when my client looks in the mirror and flashes me a big smile and says "I love it!" Especially when they just finished telling me that they've never liked their makeup when its been done before.
I love working with moms and grandmothers who have never had their makeup done before, and how happy they are with their look.
Holy heck! I actually make people feel beautiful and more confident. That's so dang cool!!
  • What is your best advice to couples planning their wedding? Remember the end goal of all of this... you're going to be married!!! How awesome is that?! So try not to stress about the details or argue about them, because in 20 years, who is going to remember what the wedding favors were, or what appetizers were served? Most people regret how caught up they were in the details.
In the end, the small details aren't going to make a huge difference. Its about your attitude and how much fun you have.
  • In my spare time I love collecting... Rocks and sand! Wherever I travel, I take home a little bit of the earth from that place. I have shells and sand from Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, the Sea of Galilee, Oahu, and rocks from Washington's Puget Sound, the Grand Canyon, and Zion. The list goes on... Now what I'm going to do with those rocks is another question, haha!
  • Where did your passion for what you do start? Like most makeup artists, when I played with my mom's makeup when I was 6. When I was allowed to start wearing makeup in junior high, I went a little crazy with experimenting, but that's how I learned.
