Rustic tones and an epic natural setting established the tone for this dreamy styled shoot captured at Lake Ellesmere in New Zealand. “Lake Ellesmere was chosen for its enigmatic name, and of course for beautiful hazy afternoon light and warm sun setting over it in the horizon.”
The team wanted to create a very organic landscape scene, with a bride that looks as though she is connecting with the elements and the mood of the lake itself. The icing on the cake of this styled shoot is literally the cake … frosted with clean lines and topped with local field flowers. The golden/green table setting is the perfect accent to the scene.
