When Daniel took Jenni to dinner in downtown Columbus, Georgia, she had no idea that a few hours later she’d be walking into a mill to have the love of her life drop the knee and ask her for forever. Captured beautifully by Daniel’s brother Turner Zahn, the emotion and romance in this shoot has us in tears!
The mill was styled with a simple but romantic set up - bifolding doors, a huge rug, little props, a ton of candles and, of course, that gorgeous lighting that has us all dreaming of being proposed to (again). Her diamond ring has us all drooling, but it was the utter shock and joy in her face that moved us so much. We talked with her about what the future holds for them:
How do you think marriage will change your relationship? Ever since we started dating we promised to love, respect, trust, and forgive one another. We will carry that into our marriage, so I don’t think it will change our relationship very much. Except for the whole living together thing. I’m really excited to live with my best friend!
What do you most look forward to about your wedding? I’m excited about so many things, but the thing I’m most excited about is seeing Daniel for the first time.
What’s the best relationship advice anyone has given you? Never go to bed angry.
What are the most important things that will create a long lasting and loving marriage? Love, respect, trust, and forgiveness.
