Under the Moon helps you do just that, offering the perfect glamping wedding. The idea behind Under the Moon elopements is to offer couples an easy way to elope and get married. But NOT with your typical “one hour photographer booking and faceless celebrant at the town hall” kind of package.
No, Under the Moon gives you the ultimate wedding experience. It brings you to magnificent landscapes, along with a creative celebrant learning your unique story, a videographer/photographer spending all day with you, gourmet food cooked by a chef on the camp fire, a stylist and florist who creates a wild yet sophisticated ambiance, and a unique overnight glamping experience in the bell tents following a blissful wedding day. Forget the stress, their carefully selected team of vendors brings you the best of the trade in the all-inclusive packages which include everything you need.
The venue styling features eco-friendly and natural products as well as locally sourced products. Our glamping camp features up to 5 bell tents (which are a whooping size of 6 meters) and tend to have eco-friendly, natural and locally sourced products and furniture. It’s important to us to keep it coherent with our environment and showcase the local businesses. For example our beds are handmade here with sustainable wood. Our ceramics and toiletries are handmade in Victoria, and most of the products we have are from Australian based businesses. It’s just a little bonus, but we believe it makes a small difference.
THE UNDER THE MOON PROCESS:
“Our process involves meeting with the clients (around a cuppa or via skype if it’s easier!), to know everything about their unique story and what they want from their wedding.
Once we know what the couple are looking for, we create their custom package. Keeping it unique, we choose the options that would suit what the couple is after: from 1 to 5 bell tents, a location, a style, the services and possibly extras. Once a package is agreed upon, we start liasing with all our vendors, making the event planning a smooth experience for the couple. We set-up everything so the couple only has to think of showing up to the location, with the rings, their clothes and maybe some guests.
We provide all-inclusive packages, but we can also mix and match with what the couple has in place already: setting up to their own location, or if they want to use their own photographer for example. We just adjust the package to suit their needs.”
Under the Moon is also available for accommodation only, to set-up to your own location, proposals, bridal retreats and vow renewals.
