Stardust Beauty Under Myconian Sunlight.

2

Unstructured and beautifully undone - this celebration of love and light under Mykonos sunlight is a simple, minimalistic revelation of beauty. Created by Kiss From Fleur and captured by Cornelia Leitz, every element is an inspiration that is effortlessly alluring.

Set on the Cycladic coastline, this location was scattered with driftwood daybeds, wicker lampshades and a whitewashed stone house, opened to all sides, giving them an otherworldly space for their shoot.

A new kind of macrame backdrop, looking effortlessly knotted with frayed gauze and sequin rags, drew upon the natural palette of this desert-like place. Natural elements were weaved into the top to toe adornment of their bride, who was dressed in a molton dull golden sequin slip dress, elegant and simple in shape and precious in quality, reflecting the myconian late september sunlight.

Her beauty look inspired by stardust, barely-there bases accented with pearlesent highlights where luminous skin in dewy finishes were matched with creamy golden eyeshadows and shimmering lips. A breezing updo hair, convenient to the island of the wind, was embellished by rare handcrafted headpieces made of magic.

Stained in beautifully desaturated tones of sand, tobacco, burnt rose and faded green, a new style of bouquet introduces itself to modern brides. And don’t forget, suited to minimalistic styling, artistic arrangements and fragility, a semi naked wedding cake reveals immortal beauty by textured surfaces, weathered stems and dried blooms that nature had discarded.

In the interplay of light and shadow we found handmade bespoke styled stationery as washed up from the Aegean Sea. Created in organic, natural tones with metallic finishing, they beg to be touched! We love the wild calligraphy mirroring the motion of the waves, a perfect prelude to an Greek Island inspired new way of nuptial.
