We’re pretty sure someone famous said that, but we’ll coin it as our own for this styled shoot by Brittni Willie in honour of our backlog collection of Avril Lavigne singles and our teenage rebellious stage where dark red lipstick and rips in our tights was a metaphorical way of telling our parents to get lost (in the moment). We’re getting pretty lost in this series of richly-hued images, deep contrasts and the juxtaposing of soft floral and strong feminine elements with harsh edges and moodiness.
