We talked with Samara about their love story:
!Tell us about your proposal
I arrived home at around 11pm from an overseas trip with my girlfriends and walked through our front door to a trailing path of rose petals and candles. The pathway led out to our balcony, I looked over the edge and saw written in tea lights ‘Marry Me?’ He was on bended knee with the ring. It was so windy and he had to keep re-lighting the candles until I finally got home! It was a really special moment.
?How did you know he was the one
From the first night I met him I knew I wanted him in my life. He is truly my best friend. I can’t imagine my life without him and we understand each other. I knew I’d found true love very early on.
?What was your favourite part of the wedding day
There are so many parts of the day I loved! It was honestly better than I could have imagined! I loved the speeches. They were so entertaining and well done and my belly hurt from laughing and mouth hurt from smiling. The ceremony was great because it was very us. It was relaxed but serious in the right places- seeing my groom for the first time was pretty special. Lastly, I loved letting my hair down on the dance floor and enjoying the night with the people we love..

Marriage to me is living your life with your very best friend by your side. Supporting one another as team through the good times and bad, growing together, loving each other and committing yourself to your partner for life.
