This intimate and elegant Tuscan wedding had everything from the stunning surrounds of an elegant estate, a reception feast under the stars, and even an exotic bird show (both wild and beautiful!). Captured by Lost In Love photography, these photos capture the elegant affair of Brooke + Jordan’s wedding! After having travelled through Italy with her family her entire life, Brooke had always dreamed of a long table feast under the tuscan stars. So with a small group of their close family and friends, they stayed at the incredible Borgo Santo Pietro, where the ceremony and dinner was held on the lawn. Brooke fell in love with the property after seeing photographs online. It didn’t disappoint.
This wedding held a lot of family involvement - from the making of her engagement ring, to her father marrying them and her cousin as her man of honor! One story we were amazed by was that the bridesmaids luggage got lost on the flight over - along with their dresses! Thankfully their family and friends were able to lend a black dress to each of them! It worked out perfectly!
Some incredible details include the poppers on exiting the aisle after the first kiss. Not only do they show up beautifully in the photographs, they also helped to create a beautiful moment of celebration! We were so intrigued by the exotic bird show performed at dusk - it looked both scary, wild and stunningly beautiful to see the birds fly around the glowing sky.
