Factory-turned-chapel – An incredible Melbourne Wedding

“We knew we wanted to be together, to grow old together.”

On a golden, Autumn day in Melbourne, Tessa married the man she told us is more passionate and loving than anyone else she’s ever met. With an incredible revere for marriage and everything that it holds, they knew they wanted a life-long relationship of growing old together.

Captured by Josephine Lee, these photos will become a legacy for when Tessa and Cam DO grow older, frozen moments to enjoy over and over again.

In a beautiful Sarah Seven dress from the Bridal Atelier, Tessa looked absolutely stunning. And then there’s the venue. WOW. This is why we LOVE Melbourne weddings! Tucked down the laneways of the city centre, the Church of Bang Bang Boogaloo is renowned for it’s rustic charm and timeless aesthetic. This factory-turned-chapel is one of a kind and has incredible character. And we just have to say – we LOVE her Natalie Marie Jewellery ring, perfectly fitting with the aesthetic of the day.

Tessa had some beautiful words to say about her favorite moments of the day. We’ll let her share what made us tear up with appreciation for small joy moments like these:

“My favourite part of the day? There are so many! But one I want to always remember is when I surprised my pop with a special dance to one of his favourite songs that we used to listen to when I was a kid. It was a hard day as he just lost his wife (my Nan) a month earlier to cancer, so to have a special moment with him was a special thank-you to them both for everything they have done for myself and sister.

And then, of course, there was seeing Cam at the end of the aisle, that was the most incredible moment of all.”
