Tell us about the proposal.

George was super excited when he got the ring, that he could hardly wait to propose. After a busy day at work, I suggested that we go for a walk  and dip in the ocean at Somerton Beach. Stoked with the idea, George put the ring in his boardies pocket and drove us there. Within 10 minutes of the walk, he got down on one knee and proposed.

What do you love most about your partner?

Eddie: He is the nicest, adventurous, fun, caring, talented and thoughtful person in the world. He brings joy to everyone he meets. I love everything about him!
George: Eddie is a true ray of sunshine who radiates fun, love and positivity.

What was your favourite part of the wedding day?

We loved it all! If we had to pick a moment it would be seeing the most breathtaking and fiery sunset. When we were having some photos of the sun setting, we looked back at the reception area and all the guests were in the paddock watching the incredible sky show. Our dance floor was super fun as well.

What is marriage to you?

Marriage is spending the rest of your life with your best mate. It is experiencing pure joy, excitement, happiness and contentment doing even the most mundane of tasks with them. Marriage is about not taking yourselves too seriously and having fun with your partner. It is a life built on love, mutual respect and appreciation for one another.
